Garden Party Bitters
lavender, chocolate mint, Vanilla Beans, Pomegranates.
The mint and lavender have a delicate taste in this bitter that isn’t overwhelming. Fresh picked chocolate mint from the garden gives this bitter a flavor that is different from your typical mint. You would almost believe there is real chocolate in this bottle.

Batch One Bitters
Oranges, Tangerines, Vanilla Beans, Pomegranates, Cinnamon, Cassia Bark, Bittering Agents, Spices, & Sugar.
Batch One is the first flavor combination created by Bitter Girl Bitters. Simply put, it is orange bitters, but even better. This flavor originates from a kitchen where homegrown pomegranates and tangerines that were a regular snack and the whole family had a homemade whipped cream with vanilla addiction. These flavors developed into Batch One. Only using what is local and what is seasonal makes every batch bottled a little bit different. The pomegranates still fall from the family tree. This flavor stands its ground with whiskey, a touch of sugar, and an orange peel.

Bitter Rose Bitters
Ingredients for rose bitters?
There are flavors of rose, hibiscus, and a hint of lavender, with notes of black tea and honey. This flavor pairs well with tequila, gin, vodka, and whiskey. It is also a great addition to pastries, whipped cream and other desserts.
___________
Pear Jordan Bitters
Pears and Cascade Hops, Nugget Hops, Centennial Hops, Zeus Hops, Mt. Hood Hops, Chinook Hops, Angelica Root, Dandelion Root, Bittering Agents, Spices, & Honey.
Both hops and pears produce during the late summer months, August to October. So why not pair them together? With the bitter from the hops and the bright citrus flavor from the pears, this flavor is all about fall and winter; which is perfect, since it’s only released once a year in late November. There are also notes of faint celery, with a floral juiciness in the mouth. We recommend pairing this with whiskey or brandy. You can top either of these dark liquors with some hot tea, honey, and a dash of bitters for a cold day.

Morning Wood Barrel Aged Coffee Bitters
This flavor was created using coffee beans from our local Petaluma Coffee & Tea. It is combined with coca nibs and pink peppercorns, for a rich and slightly spicy flavor. Use this over ice cream, in an Irish Coffee, or your morning cup of coffee for an extra pick me up. It also makes a beautiful Manhattan.
Each bitter comes with as many different recipe cards for cocktails as we have that the bitter can be used in…and that’s if you don’t just come up without your own signature drinks, Italian sodas, ice cream drizzle + much more!
Bitter Girl Bitters was founded by Erin Elizabeth Hines of Petaluma, CA in December of 2013. Erin was born and raised in California and has been a bartender in the Bay Area for over a decade.
